INFUSED VEGAN BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS


2 Cups brown sugar

3/4 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1.5 Teaspoon baking powder

1 Teaspoon salt

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Teaspoon instant coffee

1 Cup Boiling water

3 Tablespoons Infused Vegetable Oils (strength optional)


DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350.


In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Stir in water, oil and extract. Mix until well blended.


Pour into a greased 9"x 13" baking tray.


Bake for 30 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
